What comes with WashUpGo?

The WashUpGo offer page describes a rechargeable washer that draws water through an intake tube. The advertised package includes interchangeable nozzles and a foam bottle. The manufacturer lists a weight of 6.6 lb and pressure of up to 970 PSI.

The appeal is straightforward: take the water to the job. That could be useful if your outdoor tap is awkwardly placed or you have little room to store equipment. You'll still need somewhere to put the water container and dry the wet accessories afterward.

Check the package you select before ordering. Don't assume every accessory in a photograph comes with every bundle, especially when it comes to battery quantity and the charger.

What does 970 PSI tell you?

PSI measures pressure. On its own, it doesn't tell you how much water the washer delivers or how long it can keep working at that pressure. The landing page we checked did not give a measured flow rate, runtime at maximum pressure or a test method for the headline figure.

A quick rinse and an afternoon on the patio put different demands on a battery. If you're buying for longer jobs, ask the seller about runtime under load and replacement batteries. For heavy cleaning, we'd also want a detailed manual and performance figures that can be compared with other washers.

Is it a useful purchase for you?

Start with the job you want it to do. If a bulky machine or awkward hose connection keeps putting you off small cleaning tasks, portability could be a good reason to buy WashUpGo.

If you already have a convenient hose connection and equipment that does the job, the case is weaker. There's little point buying another tool unless it solves a problem with your current setup.

Price and returns

The landing page advertises a 30-day money-back offer and a one-year warranty. The full return conditions and final delivered checkout price still need checking. Ask whether used returns are accepted and who pays return postage; a guarantee headline doesn't answer either question.

Compare the total for the quantity you need. A cheaper price per washer isn't much help if the bundle leaves you with two you won't use. Check shipping and taxes before paying.

We like the idea of a washer you can carry to a small job with its own water supply. The unanswered question is how its sustained performance compares with other options.
